Congratulations to the mens A team who were promoted from division 2a with the Painswick C team at the end of the last summer
We are currently playing in the Gloucestershire leagues.
If you are interested in playing home and away matches of good competitive standard
let us know.
We have both mens and ladies teams in the summer and mixed teams in winter.

We had a tournament and barbeque - 19th June
It was partly a fundraising event and was well attended.
May saw our Wimbledon ticket ballot
This year we had 12 pairs of tickets awarded to the club, with seats in number 2 court, number one court and centre court on almost all days of the tournament.

On Saturday 23rd January we held our winter indoor tournament at Oxstalls tennis centre.
We had 3 indoor courts booked, and 12 players played doubles with varying partners
We tried a new handicapping system for the men which may need a bit tweaking as we see how it affects results.
We finished off the evening with jacket potatoes and salad.
Before Christmas we held our club social event at the Dowty social club.
An evening of slot car racing (think Scalextric - but bigger and faster) was highly successful with Yvette taking first prize.
She won with some daring driving after almost having failed to qualify from her practice sessions.
